Mr. Paul David-Justus is an Assistant Research Fellow at the National Defense University’s Center for the Study of Weapons of Mass Destruction (CSWMD) in Washington, D.C., where he previously served as a Research Trainee. Prior to joining CSWMD, he worked as a Junior Analyst at Lockheed Martin’s Government Affairs headquarters covering legislative affairs for space, missile defense, and strategic programs.
He is a current doctoral candidate at Missouri State University’s Department of Defense and Strategic Studies where he served as a teaching assistant. He earned an M.A. from Missouri State University in Defense and Strategic Studies, focused in Weapons of Mass Destruction Studies, graduating with distinction. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the Department of Political Science.
Mr. David-Justus previously participated in Masaryk University’s 2019 Energy Security Summit in the Czech Republic and is the recipient of the William R. Van Cleave Scholarship from the National Institute for Public Policy (NIPP).
