On Thursday, October 8, 2015, a seminar on "Deterrence Imperatives: Capabilities and Education" was jointly convened by the Center for the Study of Weapons of Mass Destruction, the National Institute for Public Policy, and Missouri State University's Graduate Department of Defense and Strategic Studies. The event took place in Lincoln Hall at Fort McNair in Washington, DC.
